These terms apply when you use the Joyminute extension, web app and website, provided by PointerApps. By using Joyminute you agree to them.

Using Joyminute

Joyminute is free to use. You may play as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Fair play

Each player gets one score per day. Do not cheat, automate play, or tamper with scores. We may flag, hide or remove suspicious scores and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Coins, XP and badges

Coins, XP and badges are in-game items with no cash value. Coins are earned by playing and are not purchasable while Joyminute is free. We may rebalance the economy.

Paid features

A paid tier (Joyminute Plus) may be introduced later. If so, its price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy.

Your content

Your display name and scores may be shown to other players on leaderboards. Keep your name appropriate; we may change names that are not.

Availability and changes

We try to keep Joyminute running, but it is provided "as is" without warranties, and games or features may change or end. To the extent the law allows, PointerApps is not liable for indirect or incidental losses.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the web app. See the Privacy page for what happens to your data.
